Admission Process Guidelines

At Christian Clergy Bible Institute, we strive to make the admission process simple and accessible for everyone. Follow the steps below to join our community of passionate learners and future Christian leaders:



Step 1: Eligibility Check

Ensure you meet the following criteria:

  • A genuine desire to grow in your understanding of God’s Word and ministry.
  • A commitment to completing the program requirements.
  • Proficiency in reading and writing in English.


Step 2: Application Submission

Complete the admission form by following these steps:

  1. Obtain the Application Form:
    • Visit our campus or download the form from our website (if available).
    • Alternatively, request the form via email or WhatsApp.
  2. Fill Out the Form:
    • Provide accurate personal details, including full name, contact information, and educational background.
    • Share a brief statement of your ministry goals and why you want to study at Christian Clergy Bible Institute.
  3. Submit the Form:
    • Submit the completed form in person at our main campus or a satellite campus.
    • Email the form to our official admissions email address if applying online.


Step 3: Document Submission

Prepare and submit the following documents along with your application:

  • A copy of a valid photo ID (e.g., passport, voter’s ID, or national ID).
  • Any previous academic or ministry certificates (if applicable).


Step 4: Interview Process

Applicants may be invited for a short interview (in person or online) to assess:

  • Their commitment to ministry and theological studies.
  • Their readiness to meet program expectations.


Step 5: Admission Decision

Once your application is reviewed:

  • Successful applicants will receive an Admission Letter with details about program orientation and start dates.
  • If you are not admitted, you may reapply for the next intake after addressing any specified requirements.


Step 6: Program Enrollment

After receiving your Admission Letter:

  • Attend the orientation program to familiarize yourself with the institute’s vision, mission, and academic policies.
  • Begin your classes as scheduled.


Important Notes

  • No Tuition Fees: All programs are tuition-free; however, students are responsible for personal materials (e.g., notebooks, Bibles).
  • Flexible Schedule: Classes are primarily held on weekends to accommodate working professionals.
  • Support Services: Our team is available to guide you through any part of the process.
